The Newly Institute is a multi-location mental health clinic providing innovative treatment programs for anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, and chronic pain. Originally focused heavily on first responder programming, the organization began expanding its services to the general public and required a digital platform that could support that shift, drive new clients, and scale across multiple Canadian cities.
The existing website was built on Wix and lacked the structural flexibility required for long-term growth. Navigation was complex, SEO opportunities were limited, and the site did not effectively communicate Newly’s full range of services to a broader audience.
As the organization expanded into new markets, it needed:
- A scalable site architecture
- Dedicated SEO landing pages for each city
- Individual pages for treatment types, therapeutic methods, and programs
- Clearer user pathways through complex clinical information
- A more robust intake system capable of handling multiple service types and locations
The goal was not simply to redesign the site visually, but to rebuild it strategically.
We led a full migration from Wix to WordPress, rebuilding the site with a simplified sitemap and scalable content framework. Dedicated landing pages were developed for each city, treatment type, and therapeutic method, allowing the institute to target specific search intent while making complex services easier to navigate.
Beyond design and copywriting, we built a highly customized intake system integrated with HubSpot. Through advanced conditional logic, new clients can select their needs, location, provider, consultation format, and appointment time within a single streamlined form. Submissions are automatically routed to the appropriate team member, significantly reducing administrative workload and improving response times and conversion rates.
